It makes a little noise and it needs space next to it because it generates heat. Other than that, it's perfect, fast... Very good.

Satisfied with the product. I don't have experience with other companies though. However, it produces a lot of ice cubes relatively quickly according to my own relaxed demands of course. Referring to the negatives that usually matter, I'll start with the fact that it is a relatively heavy machine, especially when you need to turn it upside down to remove the water that may have remained inside. It also makes noise, which you can notice and it bothers you in a quiet place like my country house. Additionally, the ice cubes melt relatively quickly, unlike the ice cubes produced by my Samsung refrigerator, and in terms of size, I would describe them as average compared to those we buy, for example, from the supermarket, which I would characterize as large as a benchmark.

I have it for a month and I use it regularly. To start producing the right size ice immediately, the first water you put in should be cold. The sizes of the ice cubes are small and medium.

I bought it for a small tavern and I use bottled water, not tap water, for the ice.
    1) The ice cubes still come out cloudy, but at least I don't see them leaving white residue like tap water.
    2) It says it has 2 sizes for the ice cubes, but both are quite small. The small one is about the size of the tip of an average adult male's index finger and the large one is about the size of a thumb.
    3) The times are around 9 to 10 minutes per batch.
    4) In the first half hour (2-3 initial batches), the ice cubes are small and in the following ones they come out in normal size.
I let it run two to three times (about half an hour) without the ice collection basket, so that the chamber cools down and the ice cubes grow bigger, and then I put the basket in to get the "large" ice cubes. With 1.5 liters of water, it produces enough ice to cover the needs of a relaxed day.
