Very good, it is easy to assemble and store, sturdy. The only downside is that I should have gone for 1-2 more steps, as the 7 steps are lower than the door frame for support (to easily climb to the attic), but this is my own problem and not the ladder's. Overall, the construction is worth every penny and more.
