I suffer from blepharitis and before using this particular product I would get a chalazion every month. With 2 nights of use per week I found my peace. Each user has their own frequency. You start by using it every night and gradually reduce to every 2 or even every 3 nights to find out how much you need.

I use Naviblef Intensive during periods of intense symptoms on my eyelids and it really helps with deep cleansing, especially when there is crusting and sticky eyelids. However, I noticed a big difference when I combined it with Ophthalmogen EYE10, mainly at night. After EYE10, the eyelids really relax and the next day the symptoms are milder and more controlled. This combination helped me get into a proper routine and manage my blepharitis better.

It helped me a lot with the eye irritations that I often have. It smells strongly of tea tree (I don't like it but I know it does a good job). I use it once a week for prevention

Compared to the blue Naviblef, it does not clean well at all. I bought it because I have blepharitis, but it made the condition worse. It is very liquid and slips from the hand. Now I only use the blue one and skinderx, which are very good

Strong eyelid cleanser. Be careful to keep your eyes closed because it stings.
