It is purely for keeping the two pieces of wood in the right position, if you apply a little more force it will break. Unfortunately, I ended up breaking one of the two until I realized it because no one told me, and the fact that it is Stanley does not give it quality in the end. I would have been better off buying an anonymous one for 2-3€, essentially I would be buying the same quality, so I do not consider it a value for money purchase.

It tightens quite a bit but in no way corners. I got 2 and both are the same; the more you tighten, the more it ruins the cornering even with perfectly cut pieces of 16mm melamine. You just tighten it, but you have to keep an eye on the cornering.
Σφίγγει αρκετά αλλά σε καμία περίπτωση δεν γωνιάζει. Πήρα 2 και τα 2 το ίδιο, όσο περισσότερο σφίγγεις τόσο περισσότερο χαλάει το γωνιασμα ακόμα και σε άριστα κομμένα κομμάτια 16 χιλιοστά μελαμίνη. Απλά σφίγγεις κατά τ αλλά πρέπει να έχεις το νου σου για το γωνιασμα.
