The brace is a composite construction of four parts: lumbar, femoral, tibial, and tibio-pedal inner shoe. All parts are connected with metal plates, of high quality and durability.

• Lumbar Section: The belt is made from Active Space II fabric, combining polyurethane with external Polyamide lining and internal Terry. The fabric is stable, hypoallergenic, sweat-resistant, and breathable. The two adhesive straps adjust the range of support on the abdomen and achieve the brace's stability.
• Femoral Section: Constructed from Active Space II fabric. The three adhesive foam, non-elastic straps stabilize the brace in the correct position. The hip joint has a polycentric ROM mechanism for adjusting flexion and extension in 15° selectable increments:
  • Flexion: 0° to 120°.
  • Extension: 0° to 90°.
  • Hyperextension: 0° to 30°.
• Tibial Section: Made from Active Space II fabric. The three adhesive straps stabilize the brace and achieve a proper fit. Between the femoral and tibial section, there are two polycentric knee flexion-extension adjustment mechanisms (bilateral) in 20° increments:
  • Flexion: 0° to 110°.
  • Extension: 0° to 130°.
  In the knee area, there are also two foam pads for condyle protection.
• Inner Shoe Section: Features an integrated inner shoe splint made from carbon fiber, which supports the foot in a neutral position in case of foot drop.

• Severe hip-knee instability.
• Postoperative knee joint rehabilitation.
• Muscle contractions of hip - knee - ankle.
• Reintegration into walking after a neurological condition.
• Poliomyelitis - sciatica.
