    Very good energy performance. It is very dense and like all gels in its category, it is combined with water. You drink the gel with about 200 ml of water (two good gulps). You don't use it alone. It is perfect for cycling where you also have a water bottle. It is not ideal for running because you will have to carry water with you. You feel the kick shortly after consuming it and it keeps you going for about half an hour. The only disadvantage is that it stains clothes, it ruined my jersey (we don't throw away empty bags wherever we find them!).

    It is the reason why I prefer GU. Its taste is amazing, by far the best in gel form. It is like a dessert!     Together with Espresso Love, my favorite gel. I have tried over 10 gels from other brands but GU made the difference. I always have 2 with me in the back pockets of my cycling jersey and usually use one on the way back, drinking it with a small amount of water. Of course, it's not easy to get it out and many times you end up with sticky fingers. Let it be.

    One of the best gels on the market. I have tried most of the GU flavors and they are very good. As someone who likes espresso, it leaves a very nice coffee aftertaste. That's as far as the taste goes.

    However, the most important thing is hydration and energy. And they are truly amazing. They instantly boost you and you can easily handle even more demanding workouts. I have tried them both at the gym and during long-distance running. Very easy to consume, no need for water, and I think they are reasonably priced.

    P.S. If you need something even more demanding for your workout, try the Roctane series.
    P.S.2 For sweet lovers like me, the salted caramel flavor will drive you crazy.

It is particularly dense, has a good taste, the taste does not linger in the mouth, and you feel its energy within 5-10 minutes.     Very good energy performance. It is very dense and like all gels in its category, it is combined with water. You drink the gel with about 200 ml of water (two good gulps). You don't use it alone. It is perfect for cycling where you also have a water bottle. It is not ideal for running because you will have to carry water with you. You feel the kick shortly after consuming it and it keeps you going for about half an hour. The only disadvantage is that it stains clothes, it ruined my jersey (we don't throw away empty bags wherever we find them!).

    Poor fluidity, as it is thick and you need water to consume it, otherwise it sticks to your mouth. The taste is relatively good though.
    A big minus is the very difficult opening of the package, which you can't open easily with your hand or teeth while running.

    Quite good, gives a nice boost due to the 20mg of caffeine. The taste is good and since it's a bit thick, some people might need a little water.

    One of the best gels on the market. I have tried most of the GU flavors and they are very good. As someone who likes espresso, it leaves a very nice coffee aftertaste. That's as far as the taste goes.

    However, the most important thing is hydration and energy. And they are truly amazing. They instantly boost you and you can easily handle even more demanding workouts. I have tried them both at the gym and during long-distance running. Very easy to consume, no need for water, and I think they are reasonably priced.

    P.S. If you need something even more demanding for your workout, try the Roctane series.
    P.S.2 For sweet lovers like me, the salted caramel flavor will drive you crazy.
