It's soft enough to support my head and neck, yet firm enough to not get squished and suffocate me. It also drastically reduces the discomfort from my hot head since it doesn't trap heat as much as the dacron pillow does. Regarding the latex smell: even brand new, it doesn't smell as bad as some people complain. I could only smell the latex when I pushed my nose into it and took a deep breath. The odor is virtually non-existent and I could immediately sleep on it without issues.
The only downside is that it's not thick enough, and I had to elevate it a bit more to get it to the level that doesn't make me suffocate. To solve this issue, I put it in a cotton casing and stuffed some dacron flakes underneath it, but I only sleep on the top latex side "sleeping on dacron again would defeat the whole purpose of my new expensive pillow, eh?". This simple hack gave it some extra height and stability and allowed me to breath comfortably during sleep.
They advertise that it's machine-washable, but I haven't tested that yet.

After seeing some reviews, I decided to give this Dunlopillo a shot, and I have to say I'm very pleasantly surprised. I got the medium one and it's very comfortable. It's soft enough to support my head and neck, yet firm enough to not get squished and suffocate me. It also drastically reduces the discomfort from my hot head since it doesn't trap heat as much as the dacron pillow does. Regarding the latex smell: even brand new, it doesn't smell as bad as some people complain. I could only smell the latex when I pushed my nose into it and took a deep breath. The odor is virtually non-existent and I could immediately sleep on it without issues.
The only downside is that it's not thick enough, and I had to elevate it a bit more to get it to the level that doesn't make me suffocate. To solve this issue, I put it in a cotton casing and stuffed some dacron flakes underneath it, but I only sleep on the top latex side "sleeping on dacron again would defeat the whole purpose of my new expensive pillow, eh?". This simple hack gave it some extra height and stability and allowed me to breath comfortably during sleep.
They advertise that it's machine-washable, but I haven't tested that yet.
Final verdict: is it worth the money? Definitely! You shouldn't skimp on your own comfort if you can afford it. I admit that it's not cheap, but a good night sleep is totally worth it.

After one night of sleeping without moving at all, in the morning the pain felt like it had decreased by 50%. My spine while walking was aligned as if I had exercised. After the second night, even better... the pain seemed to have decreased by 70%. I didn't expect a pillow to do so much. Wonderful purchase! (There is a slight smell but it's nothing harmful so I don't pay attention to it).

Μετά το 2ο βράδυ ακόμα καλύτερα.. ο πόνοσ σαν να μειώθηκε στο 70%. Δεν περίμενα ότι ένα μαξιλάρι θα έκανε τόσα πολλά. Υπέροχη αγορά! (Ελάχιστη μυρωδιά υπάρχει αλλά δεν είναι κάτι βλαβερό οπότε δεν δίνω σημασία).
It is quite low, ideal for people who sleep on their back & stomach. For those who sleep on their side, it is quite low and does not support the head at all. The Dunlopillo Super Comfort Medium Latex Sleeping Pillow 48x71x13cm is the ideal one. Last year I had spinal fusion surgery on my neck and the pillow is a very, very serious matter for me.

Minimal smell from the material, it almost disappeared in one day of airing. Perfect head support for me with the 16-inch (1.78, 88 kg) and the medium size fit me perfectly. I think the smaller one (12-inch) is suitable for women or very petite men. Before this, I had a memory foam pillow, which after a few years softened so much that there was essentially no support. I liked the latex much more for a pillow and I have the impression that it also lasts longer.
Ελάχιστη μυρωδιά του υλικού, έφυγε σχεδόν σε μία μέρα αερισμό. Άψογη στήριξη του κεφαλιού το 16άρι για εμένα (1,78, 88 κιλά) και το μέτριο μου ταίριαξε απόλυτα. Νομίζω το μικρότερο (12άρι) κάνει για γυναίκες, ή πολύ μικρόσωμους άντρες. Πριν από αυτό είχα ένα memmory foam, το οποίο όμως μετά από κάποια χρόνια μαλάκωσε τόσο που ουσιαστικά δεν υπήρχε στήριξη. Το latex μου άρεσε πολύ περισσότερο για μαξιλάρι και έχω την εντύπωση ότι έχει και περισσότερα χρόνια ζωής.

It suited me immediately, I didn't need any adjustment time and I sleep very comfortably. I wanted it a little taller, it says 16cm height but I measured 14.5cm. Although when I lie down I feel like it's pressing on my shoulder due to the height, when I wake up I have no numbness and sleep very well.
