    The pillow is characterized as medium-soft and is relatively low in height (there is, I think, only one that is even lower).
    Pillows are a personal matter and everyone is comfortable with a different height and firmness. This particular one is of very good quality with 100% natural latex, not synthetic. So the stars go for the product, not for whether it suited us. Anyone who buys anything from shoes and clothes to pillows blindly without trying them out should expect surprises.
