The blade material is D2 Steel, similar to 440C but not resistant to impacts! Overall, it is a good knife - pocket knife, for sure its brand name raises its price, it could be 10-15€ cheaper! If you want something better in terms of steel, prefer something in ELMAX or RWL-34, which are the top steel options with their price increasing significantly!
