Most importantly, its dual use as a pot and a casserole dish is very convenient for me, keeping the food warm until I serve it, while using the oven for other dishes! For an induction stove, it is not easy to find such cookware that can hold large quantities with depth. And its construction, resembling a wok, helps with stirring. I would prefer a heavier bottom.
