I have had the machine for 3 years. The first year it didn't go well, it would stop working and I had to press the switch again for it to work. I took it to the service center twice, the first time they told me that when only one light turns on, it means the battery needs to be charged. The second time they told me they changed the motor and switch, but when I used it again, it still stopped working. Eventually, I solved the problem myself by holding the battery in my hand and realized that the issue was with the contacts that the battery connects to. By crossing the contacts with pliers, the problem was solved and now it works until the power drops.
The machine is very powerful, it can dig up to 40cm of concrete easily. It may slightly overflow the holes, but I think it's due to its power.
Το μηχάνημα το έχω 3 χρόνια .Το πρώτο χρόνο δεν με πήγε καλά έκανε διακοπές και έπρεπε να ξανά πατάω τον διακόπτη για να δουλεύει. Το είχα πάει στο σέρβις δύο φορές την πρώτη μου είπαν ότι η μπαταρία όταν ανάβει μόνο το ένα λαμπάκι κάνει διακοπές και θέλει φόρτιση . Την δεύτερη φορά μου είπαν ότι άλλαξαν μοτέρ και διακόπτη αλλά μάταια όταν το ξανά δούλεψα έκανε διακοπές . Τελικά έλυσα μόνος την χειρολαβή και το δούλευα κρατώντας την μπαταρία στο χέρι μου και είδα ότι δεν έκανε διακοπες, και έτσι κατάλαβα ότι το πρόβλημα είναι στις επαφές που κουμπώνει η μπαταρία. Σταυρώνοντας με ένα μητοτσιμπιδο δεξιά και αριστερά τις επαφές που κουμπώνει η μπαταρία το πρόβλημα λύθηκε τώρα με το ένα λαμπάκι να ανέβει δουλεύει μεχρι που που πέφτει η δύναμη .
Το μηχάνημα είναι πολύ δυνατό ξετρυπαει 40cm μπετό για πλάκα. μπορεί ότι ξεχυλωνει τις τρύπες λίγο αλλά νομίζω ότι είναι τις δύναμης που έχει.

λοιπον το οτι κανει διακοπες φταιει η μπαταρια γιατι τρωει πολυ ρευμα το εργαλειο γιατο και αποδιδει 2,6 τζαουλ ειναι λογικο δεν μπορουμε να τα εχουμε ολα, για να μιωσουμε τις διακοπες θα πρεπει να παρουμε μεγαλητερη μπαταρια π.χ μια 9Α η 12Α. τωρα για το οτι δουλευει παρακεντρα ειναι αληθεια αλλα οχι τοσο πολυ προβλημα θα εχει καποιος που θα τρυπαει αλφα μπολκ και αντιστοιχα, ο τζογος που εχει ειναι γιατι ειναι πολυ δυνατο το εργαλειο και καταβαση ο κατασκευαστης εδωσε βαση στο σκαψημο περισσοτερο και λιγοτερο στην διατρυση με μια καινουργια αριδα και γνησια τις εταιρειας θα λυσετε το προβλημα σας εγω ειμαι ηλεκτρολογος και τρυπαω με 6΄΄ ταβανια μπετο για να βαλω στηριγματα του κουβιδη και δεν εχω τετοιο προβλημα βλεπω οτι το ανοιγει λιγο παραπανω αλλα δεν μου γυριζει η ουπα.

The tool is off-center, I sent it for repair and they didn't do anything, the dealership doesn't answer the phone. I will take it back to the store where I bought it and if it's not resolved, I will ask for a refund of 300€, which is not a small amount. The tool has been used three times, I don't use it heavily. Το εργαλείο έχει δουλέψει τρεις φόρες ,δεν κάνω βαριά χρήση . 25χρονια τεχνικός δεν έχω δει κάτι παρόμοιο ούτε σε φθηνό κινέζικο εργαλείο .Αν θέλει κάποιος από την αντιπροσωπία θα χαρώ να επικοινωνήσει μαζί μου .

Σε λιγότερο από ένα χρόνο μου έβγαλε πρόβλημα που ίσος είναι στην μπαταρία . Όταν πατάω σκανδάλη δουλεύει για λίγο και σταματάει και πρέπει να αφήσω την σκανδάλη για να ξανά πατήσω για να τελειώσει το τρύπημα . Η χρήση που του κάνω είναι πολύ ελαφριά ... Ηλεκτρολογικές εργασίες το δουλεύω για να βάζω φώτα ...6 τρύπες .... Συνάδελφος μου είπε πως με 5αρα μπαταρία το θέμα λύνεται .... Πήρα άλλη μπαταρία και βλέπουμε .... Αυτό είναι το πρώτο ... Δεύτερο πρόβλημα ... γυρίζει παρακεντρα με αποτέλεσμα να ξεχηλωνει της τρύπες οι οποίες αν γίνονται σε χαλιά τοίχο τρύπας με 6 και θες 8 ουπα για να βιδωσεις ... Εγώ προσωπικά DeWalt δεν ξανά αγωραζω γιατί μου έβγαλε θέμα πάλι και ένα άλλο κομπρεσέρ που έχω πάρει ένας φίλος πήρε parkside με τα μισά λεφτά και δεν έχει θέμα ..αν θέλετε να το αγοράσετε μην το πάρετε με μπαταρίες πάρτε το σκέτο αν το θέλετε και ψωνίστε του 5αρες μπαταρίες

I am a refrigeration technician and I install air conditioners while also installing security systems and cameras.
The first time I used it, I burst into nervous laughter at how easily it opened a transparent hole of 35mm with a glass drill bit in a brick.
In general, I make 5 holes of M8 for the indoor unit, 6 holes of M10 for the outdoor unit, 1 hole of 35mm for the pipes, I tighten the middle with a Philips bit, and the outer part with a 13mm polygon. It is so lightweight that I don't use a screwdriver. I use a cone drill bit to open holes for drainage. I do everything with this tool. It is my screwdriver now.
It is also useful for small things like breaking plaster in demolitions.
I set up a room with panels and used it for self-drilling 13mm screws.
What can I say? Maybe it worked out well for me, maybe it will turn out bad for you.
Even if it breaks today (knock on wood), I will buy it again.

Την πρώτη φορά που το χρησιμοποίησα με έπιασε νευρικό γέλιο με το πόσο άνετα άνοιξε διαμπερές τρύπα φ35 με ποτηροκορώνα σε τούβλο.
Γενικά κάνω 5 τρύπες Μ8 για την εσωτερική μονάδα, 6 τρύπες Μ10 για την εξωτερική , 1 τρύπα φ35 για τις σωλήνες, με philips μύτη σφίγγω τα μέσα, με πολύγωνο 13αρι τα έξω. Είναι τόσο ελαφρύ που δε χρησιμοποιώ βιδολόγο.Με τρυπάνι κώνο ανοίγω στα λούκια για την αποχέτευση. Όλα με αυτό.Ειναι ο βιδολόγος μου πλέον.
Πλατυκαλεμο για μικροπραγματα όπως σπάσιμο γύψου στα ξηλώματα.
Έστησα θάλαμο με πάνελ και το είχα για τις αυτοδιατρητες 13αρες.
Τι να πω;Ίσως έτυχε σε μένα να βγει κάλο,ίσως σε εσάς να βγει μάπα.
Εμένα και σήμερα να χαλάσει (φτου φτου) το ξαναπαίρνω.

Το γύρισα πισω για ελεγχο και ουτε καν το επιασε στα χερια του να το δει. Αντι αυτου, θελησε να με πείσει πως ΕΤΣΙ ΔΟΥΛΕΟΥΝ ΑΥΤΑ και μου πρότεινε να χρησιμοποιώ τρυπάνι μικρότερης διαμετρου απο την τρυπα που θελω να ανοιξω! Αν ειναι δυνατον. Αντιεπαγγελματικη αντιμετώπιση εντελώς. Δεν προκειται η dewalt να με ξαναδει, ουτε εμενα ουτε τα ωραια μου ευρουλακια

Το είχα πάει στο σέρβις δύο φορές την πρώτη μου είπαν ότι η μπαταρία όταν ανάβει μόνο το ένα λαμπάκι κάνει διακοπές και θέλει φόρτιση . Την δεύτερη φορά μου είπαν ότι άλλαξαν μοτέρ και διακόπτη αλλά μάταια όταν το ξανά δούλεψα έκανε διακοπές . Τελικά έλυσα μόνος την χειρολαβή και το δούλευα κρατώντας την μπαταρία στο χέρι μου και είδα ότι δεν έκανε διακοπες, και έτσι κατάλαβα ότι το πρόβλημα είναι στις επαφές που κουμπώνει η μπαταρία. Σταυρώνοντας με ένα μητοτσιμπιδο δεξιά και αριστερά τις επαφές που κουμπώνει η μπαταρία το πρόβλημα λύθηκε τώρα με το ένα λαμπάκι να ανέβει δουλεύει μεχρι που που πέφτει η δύναμη .
Το μηχάνημα είναι πολύ δυνατό ξετρυπαει 40cm μπετό για πλάκα. μπορεί ότι ξεχυλωνει τις τρύπες λίγο αλλά νομίζω ότι είναι τις δύναμης που έχει.

λοιπον το οτι κανει διακοπες φταιει η μπαταρια γιατι τρωει πολυ ρευμα το εργαλειο γιατο και αποδιδει 2,6 τζαουλ ειναι λογικο δεν μπορουμε να τα εχουμε ολα, για να μιωσουμε τις διακοπες θα πρεπει να παρουμε μεγαλητερη μπαταρια π.χ μια 9Α η 12Α. τωρα για το οτι δουλευει παρακεντρα ειναι αληθεια αλλα οχι τοσο πολυ προβλημα θα εχει καποιος που θα τρυπαει αλφα μπολκ και αντιστοιχα, ο τζογος που εχει ειναι γιατι ειναι πολυ δυνατο το εργαλειο και καταβαση ο κατασκευαστης εδωσε βαση στο σκαψημο περισσοτερο και λιγοτερο στην διατρυση με μια καινουργια αριδα και γνησια τις εταιρειας θα λυσετε το προβλημα σας εγω ειμαι ηλεκτρολογος και τρυπαω με 6΄΄ ταβανια μπετο για να βαλω στηριγματα του κουβιδη και δεν εχω τετοιο προβλημα βλεπω οτι το ανοιγει λιγο παραπανω αλλα δεν μου γυριζει η ουπα.

Very powerful!! The use I make of it is amateur but it cannot be compared to cheap tools I had. You understand the quality of the tool. For me, it is perfect, however, it is not off-center in drilling.
Πολύ δυνατό !! Η χρήση που του κάνω είναι ερασιτεχνική αλλά δεν συγκρίνεται με φθηνα εργαλεια που είχα. Καταλαβαίνεις την ποιότητα του εργαλειου. Σε εμένα είναι ολόισιο πάντως στο τρύπημα δεν είναι παρακεντρο.
The tool is off-center, I sent it for repair and they didn't do anything, the dealership doesn't answer the phone. I will take it back to the store where I bought it and if it's not resolved, I will ask for a refund of 300€, which is not a small amount. The tool has been used three times, I don't use it heavily. Το εργαλείο είναι παράκεντρο ,το έστειλα για επισκευή δεν έκαναν τίποτα ,στο τηλέφωνο η αντιπροσωπία δεν ανταπαντάει .Θα το πάω και πάλι στο κατάστημα που το αγόρασα αν δεν λυθεί θα ζητήσω τα χρήματα πίσω 300€ δεν είναι λίγα. Το εργαλείο έχει δουλέψει τρεις φόρες ,δεν κάνω βαριά χρήση . 25χρονια τεχνικός δεν έχω δει κάτι παρόμοιο ούτε σε φθηνό κινέζικο εργαλείο .Αν θέλει κάποιος από την αντιπροσωπία θα χαρώ να επικοινωνήσει μαζί μου .

Σε λιγότερο από ένα χρόνο μου έβγαλε πρόβλημα που ίσος είναι στην μπαταρία . Όταν πατάω σκανδάλη δουλεύει για λίγο και σταματάει και πρέπει να αφήσω την σκανδάλη για να ξανά πατήσω για να τελειώσει το τρύπημα . Η χρήση που του κάνω είναι πολύ ελαφριά ... Ηλεκτρολογικές εργασίες το δουλεύω για να βάζω φώτα ...6 τρύπες .... Συνάδελφος μου είπε πως με 5αρα μπαταρία το θέμα λύνεται .... Πήρα άλλη μπαταρία και βλέπουμε .... Αυτό είναι το πρώτο ... Δεύτερο πρόβλημα ... γυρίζει παρακεντρα με αποτέλεσμα να ξεχηλωνει της τρύπες οι οποίες αν γίνονται σε χαλιά τοίχο τρύπας με 6 και θες 8 ουπα για να βιδωσεις ... Εγώ προσωπικά DeWalt δεν ξανά αγωραζω γιατί μου έβγαλε θέμα πάλι και ένα άλλο κομπρεσέρ που έχω πάρει ένας φίλος πήρε parkside με τα μισά λεφτά και δεν έχει θέμα ..αν θέλετε να το αγοράσετε μην το πάρετε με μπαταρίες πάρτε το σκέτο αν το θέλετε και ψωνίστε του 5αρες μπαταρίες

I have had it since December 2017.
I am a refrigeration technician and I install air conditioners while also installing security systems and cameras.
The first time I used it, I burst into nervous laughter at how easily it opened a transparent hole of 35mm with a glass drill bit in a brick.
In general, I make 5 holes of M8 for the indoor unit, 6 holes of M10 for the outdoor unit, 1 hole of 35mm for the pipes, I tighten the middle with a Philips bit, and the outer part with a 13mm polygon. It is so lightweight that I don't use a screwdriver. I use a cone drill bit to open holes for drainage. I do everything with this tool. It is my screwdriver now.
It is also useful for small things like breaking plaster in demolitions.
I set up a room with panels and used it for self-drilling 13mm screws.
What can I say? Maybe it worked out well for me, maybe it will turn out bad for you.
Even if it breaks today (knock on wood), I will buy it again.

Είμαι ψυκτικός και κάνω εγκαταστασεις κλιματιστικών και ταυτόχρονα περνάω συστήματα ασφάλειας και κάμερες.
Την πρώτη φορά που το χρησιμοποίησα με έπιασε νευρικό γέλιο με το πόσο άνετα άνοιξε διαμπερές τρύπα φ35 με ποτηροκορώνα σε τούβλο.
Γενικά κάνω 5 τρύπες Μ8 για την εσωτερική μονάδα, 6 τρύπες Μ10 για την εξωτερική , 1 τρύπα φ35 για τις σωλήνες, με philips μύτη σφίγγω τα μέσα, με πολύγωνο 13αρι τα έξω. Είναι τόσο ελαφρύ που δε χρησιμοποιώ βιδολόγο.Με τρυπάνι κώνο ανοίγω στα λούκια για την αποχέτευση. Όλα με αυτό.Ειναι ο βιδολόγος μου πλέον.
Πλατυκαλεμο για μικροπραγματα όπως σπάσιμο γύψου στα ξηλώματα.
Έστησα θάλαμο με πάνελ και το είχα για τις αυτοδιατρητες 13αρες.
Τι να πω;Ίσως έτυχε σε μένα να βγει κάλο,ίσως σε εσάς να βγει μάπα.
Εμένα και σήμερα να χαλάσει (φτου φτου) το ξαναπαίρνω.
I spent 300 euros and from the first moment I tried to use the drill, it was off-center, resulting in the tool being useless as it creates oversized holes. I returned it for inspection and they didn't even bother to hold it in their hands to see it. Εσκασα 300ευρουλακια και απο την πρώτη στιγμή που πηγα να το δουλεψω το τρυπάνι γύριζε παράκεντρα με αποτελεσμα το εργαλειο να ειναι αχρηστο μιας και ξεχειλώνει τις τρυπες,. Το γύρισα πισω για ελεγχο και ουτε καν το επιασε στα χερια του να το δει. Αντι αυτου, θελησε να με πείσει πως ΕΤΣΙ ΔΟΥΛΕΟΥΝ ΑΥΤΑ και μου πρότεινε να χρησιμοποιώ τρυπάνι μικρότερης διαμετρου απο την τρυπα που θελω να ανοιξω! Αν ειναι δυνατον. Αντιεπαγγελματικη αντιμετώπιση εντελώς. Δεν προκειται η dewalt να με ξαναδει, ουτε εμενα ουτε τα ωραια μου ευρουλακια
This particular tool is a waste of money. We have seven of these pieces at work. They were bought brand new and after a month, almost all of them broke. They are very low-quality tools

It is very good, worth its money. I have had it for a month, and in both drilling and chiseling I haven't found any problem. For me, so far it doesn't drill off-center. Maybe it was just the specific piece that my colleague got. It doesn't cut out on me either, I use it with a 5 AH battery. In the future, I don't know, we'll see.
Ειναι πολυ καλο,αξιζει τα λεφτα του.Το εχω ενα μηνα,και στο σκαψιμο και στο τρυπημα δεν βρηκα καποιο προβλημα..εμενα μεχρι τωρα δεν τρυπαει παρακεντρα.Ισως να ηταν το συγκεκριμενο κομματι που ετυχε στον συναδελφο.Ουτε διακοπες μου κανει,το δουλευω με μπαταρια 5 AH.Στο μελλον δεν ξερω,θα δειξει.
It doesn't even deserve half a star....that's why I'm giving it one.....Never again Dewalt, I don't even want it as a gift!! Obviously, it works off-center, my service tells me that it's within the company's standards...and I laugh. It also has many gaps and it's not the chuck's fault but the axis. The bad thing is that I have high standards with Milwaukee and Metabo that I work with, but it definitely doesn't deserve its price. A power of 3J, battery of 2.6J, and power of 7J....in the first month, all three went to service four times. The worst experience....give something more to professionals and get something else to have peace of mind. Those of you who talk about power, etc. surely haven't worked with professional tools, parkside is better.
Δεν έχει μισό αστέρι....για αυτό το ένα ..... Πότε ξανά dewalt,ούτε δώρο δε το θέλω!! Προφανώς και δουλεύει παράκεντρα, το σέρβις μου λέει ότι είναι μέσα στα πλαίσια που δίνει η εταιρεία...και βάζω τα γέλια. Επίσης έχει πολλά κενά και δεν φταίει το τσοκ αλλά ο άξονας. Το κακό είναι ότι έχω ψηλά τον πήχη με Milwaukee και Metabo που δουλεύω αλλά σίγουρα δεν αξίζει τα χρήματα του. Ένα ρεύματος 3J, μπαταρίας 2,6J και ρεύματος 7J.....τον πρώτο μήνα και τα τρία από 4 φορές στο σέρβις. Η χειρότερη εμπειρία.....δώστε κατι παραπάνω οι επαγγελματίες και πάρτε κάτι άλλο για να έχετε το κεφάλι σας ήσυχο. Όσοι μιλάτε για δύναμη κλπ σίγουρα δεν έχετε δουλέψει επαγγελματικό εργαλείο, parkside καλύτερα.
I have it for several years, about 5-6, and I have no complaints. Very powerful. I read that it has some interruptions, but I have only noticed it with 4s and lower batteries. With 5s, which I usually use, I have no issues.
Το έχω αρκετά χρόνια καμία 5-6 δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο. Πάρα πολύ δυνατό. Διαβάζω ότι κάνει κάποιες διακοπές αλλά τοχω παρατηρήσει μόνο με 4αρες και κάτω μπαταρίες. Με 5αρες που το δουλεύω συνήθως δεν έχω θέμα.
