Chronic problem with canker sores due to stress, anxiety, etc. I tried many products, this is one of the few that actually works. I can't say that it significantly reduces the duration of the sore, but it sticks on it and you can get some relief for about an hour... I sometimes use it in combination with Unisept oral gel to clean the wound well.
