It has nothing to do with it, when the Oster needed 2-3 passes to cut an area, with this one, one pass is enough. The motor is very high quality, the speed is excellent and the price is 1/3 of the good American ones.
Considering that it has an electromagnetic motor, it has some vibration like all of them...
And if you treat it well and take care of it, cleaning and oiling it, I see it lasting forever.
And with 6 euros from China, you can get a second set of high-quality blades.
If I had known this from the beginning, I wouldn't have paid 120 for the Oster...

In order to function at its full power and cut "well," you have to turn the screw it has on the sides.
Of course, the sound it makes is the same as a drill!!!
Imagine having that sound next to your ear!!
One of the worst purchases I have ever made!
I am thinking of throwing it away since with the vibration and the loud sound it produces, there is no chance I will use it again.

German manufacturing quality, very sturdy, will definitely last for many years. Plenty of adjustments, cuts very well. I use it for trimming since I have a beard and it does the job satisfactorily. The downside is its weight and the vibration is quite intense, it will definitely tire you out during prolonged use. Recommended if you want to get rid of rechargeable ones.

I have had the machine for 4 years, it hasn't had any issues, it doesn't clog, it's really reliable. One of the best purchases I have made at a very good price!!! Personally, after almost every use, I add a little bit of oil.
