I have had this tool bag for about 5 months. I bought it together with the Milwaukee Contractor Attachment 48228145, which means together with the straps.
I am extremely satisfied with what you can carry on yourself with this tool bag!!!! I am an electrician and I had 7 screwdrivers, three insulation tapes, a hacksaw, a wire stripper, pliers, needle-nose pliers, wire cutters, a cordless drill driver, Klein tools, circuit breakers, a hammer (be careful, if it's not big enough it easily falls out of the dedicated pocket, but with a little wire you can make the hole smaller and everything is fine), and there was still plenty of space for more things.

The negatives it has are what I told you about the hammer, also the belt and the straps take up a lot of space to carry them, and they also have some weight on their own (the belt & the straps).
Also, when you wear the belt and you want to pass through narrow passages (about 50 to 80 inches), you find it a bit tight, but over time you get used to it and make the right movements.

But if you wear them, fill them with your tools and start working... realizing that... you don't need to go back and forth to leave or take tools, and that you don't need anyone to tell you to give me this and that, then you understand the meaning of the word... Autonomy!!!!
Not to mention the time you save from going back and forth with your own or your assistant's tools!!!!

Never take the belt without the straps and the reason is simple.
Without the straps, all the weight is lifted by your waist, resulting in fatigue and pain.
With the straps, the weight is lifted by both the waist and the shoulders at the same time, and you can even shift the weight of the tools between the belt and the shoulders, relaxing your shoulders and stretching your waist, whatever suits you!!! I bought the belt with the straps for 150 Euros.

It is very sturdy construction and it withstands!!!
Now, going to work without the belt and the straps seems unthinkable to me!!!!
