In reducing cholesterol, after almost 2 years of use I found that it helps little to not at all and I will prefer specialized supplements for this issue. Also, I can't say with certainty that it strengthens the immune system either. However, this specific product is the most value for money on the market in terms of quantity and content.

Whether it works always depends on each person's daily needs.
It works for me, I wake up easier in the morning and after using it for 1 month, the good general blood results are definitely also due to this, as my diet is not great (I'm 40 years old).

However, the main reason I decided to purchase it was the conversation I happened to have with a colleague at work. She noticed a noticeable improvement in her bone density exams after she started taking the supplement.

Surely it is the cheapest in its category BUT equally effective (with 2 capsules daily), so I don't understand why it is not advertised like some others (almost triple the price)... I buy it again and again!

I had tried it before, taking one capsule a day and not consistently. This time, I am taking it consistently with two capsules at lunchtime, for the past 2-3 months.
