Generally good for its money, but because the filter does not fit very well inside the bin and may move during operation, all the dirt passes back to the motor. You can open it, but it requires caution and it is also difficult to put the buttons back in correctly.

After several years of use, I can say that it has made things so much easier for us! The battery (2.5) with the charger is very cheap, the warranty is 2+1 years with free extension electronically through Einhell Hellas, and the company's service is truly excellent! Whatever spare part you need, they cover you 100%.

As for the vacuum, it is quite powerful for daily use but it needs thorough cleaning with a small brush ideally and the filter should be changed every about 6 months to 1 year. Compared to the Total/Ingco vacuum (20v), it is slightly less powerful, but you do not get the same service by any means and of course, you do not get the accessories provided with this vacuum!

So, it is worth its money and does a better job than vacuums costing 100-150€ with the same voltage (18). Specifically, with something like Rowenta, etc., don't waste your money. Personal opinion after daily comparison, always.

Average things, of course we're talking about an economical vacuum when you buy it on its own, but if you add the battery and charger, it's a thousand times better for someone to get another model from another company with that money! After moderate use, the motor makes noise and it doesn't suck! I do not recommend it

Simple and easy to use. So far, absolutely satisfied. The brush has helped me, although it's a bit hard, with dusting computer cases and things like that.

Perfect vacuum cleaner, powerful and effective, and most importantly, it has a battery that you can change when it runs out. Nothing like the Bosch I used to have.

Satisfied. I use it with the 2.5Ah battery and it lasts about 15 minutes in total. Its filter is not very high quality. Overall, for normal use and for the price it has, it's just fine.

After six years of flawless operation, we bought the same one again. There is no reason to spend four or five times more money for gimmicks with lights or with cables that your big vacuum cleaner already has anyway. It is ideal.

Very good, convenient, and powerful (the new model, TE-HV, however, is quite a bit better). After 4 years and several drops, the on/off button broke. The battery also failed—so I decided to get the new model. The wheels on the main nozzle came off quite early (it actually suited me better without them in terms of noise and handling). On Einhell’s website, there are spare parts for *everything*, if I remember correctly with €6 shipping for Greece, so it’s worth ordering in bulk, e.g., 2-3 filters. Note, at some point I opened it and the motor had a lot of dust, I think it’s a good idea to clean it every now and then. My parents also bought it (who until now had to bend over with classic dustpans) and they are also completely satisfied.

This is the second one I buy and again the motor makes a lot of noise after a few months of mild use. Although it helps if you have other Einhell tools, for the battery, I wouldn't buy it again.

Powerful and effective, with a long handle that can be used like a broom. Very important is that, when you are not using it, its battery (which you buy separately) is not constantly charging and thus does not weaken, as happens with most handheld vacuums on the market.

Very good vacuum cleaner!! It sucks very powerfully both from the floor and from carpets. It was purchased about 2 years ago. It is a solution for cleaning up crumbs in homes with small children. As for the battery, although it has an extra cost to buy it, it lasts a long time in operation. We are absolutely satisfied with our purchase!

The first impression shows that it is quite high quality, it doesn't make as much noise as others say, and its performance is very good. One of the most powerful vacuum cleaners I've tried. Obviously, it cannot be compared to a modern electric vacuum cleaner. As for the battery, the first uses showed satisfactory duration. Time will tell.

The vacuum has positives and negatives.

It sucks well but not super, I expected it to be more powerful to be honest, it makes quite a bit of noise and is relatively heavy (with the small battery). The battery lasts satisfactorily and the good thing is that it is removable (you buy it extra, it does not come with the vacuum) so you charge it separately and also if it breaks you just get another one. However, when charging, the charger makes a strange noise, not very loud but it does make one.

It's just right for the home for dust/coffee/lint/chips, it leaves nothing behind and is quite powerful. It's not as powerful as a vacuum cleaner, of course. You can't do a deep cleaning of the carpet with this. It's also convenient for the car, and the attachments it has are very handy so you don't have to bend down. I got the biggest battery I could find, and I’m glad I did. With a smaller one, it would need charging after 1-2 uses.

Fake, I used it to collect dust that had fallen from holes in the wall and it broke, as the technician said, with no hope of being fixed.

Unfortunately, it does not have the absorption I was looking for, and for holes in the ceiling where I wanted to use it, the filter does not have good sealing and dust escapes from the motor!

The purpose of purchase is the interior cleaning of the car. It does not have sufficient power to remove all the dirt. Otherwise, it is easy to use.

It definitely doesn't replace the classic vacuum cleaner, but for the crumbs that the kids constantly make, it's very convenient. The battery is sold separately, so budget another 25 for the cost.

The first impressions are positive.
I will return after 60 days.

Definitely get it, there is nothing like it. It frees you up. Immediate access at any time without wires or anything. Lightweight (I actually use it with the heavy battery and I am still completely satisfied.

Perfect case that does not require charging directly to a socket but a combination of charger/battery. Very good duration in daily and intense use and very fast recharging.

The fact that if the battery performance drops, you only change that and not the whole vacuum cleaner is a big deal. Absolutely satisfied with the small battery so I will buy the large one, which although it will add weight to the vacuum cleaner, has a good balance in the hand.

One of the best vacuum cleaners, I got the first one years ago and I still have it and it sucks like new. The biggest advantage, of course, is the removable battery. Most vacuum cleaners struggle with the battery, and if it's not removable, then as soon as its performance drops, it's for the trash. I got the first vacuum cleaner with a 2ah battery and I used it as a substitute for a regular vacuum cleaner (with its nozzle) and I was impressed with its performance and runtime. I got the second one for a professional space with a 4ah battery and it lasts even longer. (I use it almost daily and it needs charging every other week)

I would like it to be more beautiful or to be available in another color. This is the third one I have purchased. The first one stopped working at some point, but it was within the warranty period and I was able to return/exchange it.
The small battery makes it lighter.
It charges very quickly.
The extension is very convenient. I can go all around the house, and especially for pet hair, it's great! For sofas and fabrics, it's better to use the velvet spatula.
Tip: Do not wash the filter, it's better to shake it on the balcony. When washed, the filter shrinks and doesn't protect as well. It's also good to occasionally vacuum the dust from the base with another vacuum cleaner. Enjoy using it!
