- London Dry: The classic, dry Gin profile. Intense Juniper and citrus flavor. An ideal base for Martini and G&T.
- Navy Strength: High strength (usually 57% Vol. and above). Intense flavor that stands out in cocktails. Preferred for professional cocktails.
- Old Tom: Slightly sweet and more aromatic style of Gin. The "bridge" between old and modern Gins. Ideal for Tom Collins and Negroni.
- Plymouth: Geographical indication from the Plymouth region. More earthy, fruity, and less dry than London Dry. Very well balanced.
- Modern Gin: Modern gins that focus on creative botanical combinations and innovative flavors (e.g., intense fruit, herbs). They do not follow the classic categories.
- Pink / Flavoured: Enriched with fruit or citrus aromas. More fruity and sweet, they are the perfect base for refreshing and colorful Gin & Tonics.
