Clear- 2-Way (Bass & Treble Combined): It includes two speakers. The woofer for low frequencies and the tweeter for high frequencies.
- 3-Way (Full Range): They include the woofer for low frequencies, a speaker suitable for reproducing mid frequencies, and the tweeter for high frequencies.
- 4-Way (Multidirectional Sound): Include one tweeter for high frequencies, one mid-range speaker, one bass speaker, and an additional tweeter.
- Midrange (Focus on vocals): Mid-range playback speakers.
- Woofer (Bass Focus): Low frequency playback speakers.
- The actual power at which the speakers can operate for an extended period. Usually, the higher this value, the louder and clearer the music sounds.
- The resistance (Ohm) shows how “easily” the current passes through the speaker. It must match your source (radio or amplifier) so that the sound comes out clear and without the risk of overheating.
- 2 Ohm (Only with external amplifier): Low impedance for very high volume. Requires an external amplifier. If connected directly to a standard radio, there is a risk of overheating.
- 3 Ohm (Powerful sound without amplifier): The smart upgrade. It draws a little more power from the standard radio, giving you 20–30% higher volume without having to buy an external amplifier.
- 4 Ohm (Direct connection to the radio): The standard choice for 90% of cars. It connects directly to the factory screen or the car radio with no risk at all.
- 8 Ohm (For custom installations): High impedance, mainly used in professional speakers (midrange) or when connecting multiple speakers together to the same amplifier channel.
- Component (With Separate Tweeter): The tweeter (for high frequencies) and the midbass (for low frequencies) are separate, ensuring the best sound performance.
- Coaxial (With built-in tweeter): The tweeter (for high frequencies) is positioned at the center of the woofer (for low frequencies), ensuring that all frequencies are emitted from the same point for a more uniform and compact sound.
