- Up to 100 kg: Ideal for children, teenagers, or light use (mainly for door pull-up bars).
- 101-130 kg: Standard durability. Suitable for the average adult for basic pull-ups without abrupt movements.
- 131-150 kg: Enhanced durability. Suitable for heavier bodies or for dynamic exercises (e.g. crossfit/kipping pull-ups).
- 150 kg and above: Hardcore durability (usually wall/ceiling pull-up bars). Designed for Calisthenics athletes who do pull-ups with extra weights.

- 80 - 100 cm: For standard room doors (The most common size).
