Melvin Smith

Melvin Smith is an Associate Professor in the Department of Organizational Behavior, Psychology, and Cognitive Science at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University (USA). He holds a degree from Purdue University, an MBA from Clark Atlanta University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh. His research interests focus on leadership, emotional intelligence, and mentoring. His articles have been published in international academic journals such as "Academy of Management Learning & Education" and the "Journal of Management Development," and have been presented at international conferences.
