Alexander Paufler

Alexander Paufler is the President and CEO of Mercedes-Benz Thailand. He has served as President and CEO of Mercedes-Benz Greece, Senior Executive Officer at Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, Financial Director at Mercedes-Benz Japan, and Senior Tax Manager at Peat Marwick. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Tübingen, an MBA from the University of Saarbrücken, and a Ph.D. from the University of Duisburg. He has taught at numerous business schools around the world (in Japan, Germany, Greece, and Thailand). His teaching interests focus on the areas of organizational behavior, leadership, change management, and creativity.
