CHaralampos Mainemelis

Charalampos Mainemelis is an Associate Professor at ALBA Graduate Business School and a visiting professor at the University of Porto and London Business School. From 2001 to 2009, he served as an Assistant Professor at London Business School. He has also taught at Case Western Reserve University, the University of San Francisco, and Sogang Business School in Seoul. He holds a degree in Economics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, an MBA from the University of San Francisco, and a Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University. His research on creativity, learning, and adaptive flexibility has been published in prestigious academic journals such as the "Academy of Management Review" and "Research in Organizational Behavior," among others, and has been featured in international media outlets like the "Financial Times," "Sunday Times," and "Rotman Magazine." He has been honored by the Academy of Management Review with the Best Paper Award (2010) and the Outstanding Reviewer Award (2009). He has delivered hundreds of seminars and talks in the USA, UK, Netherlands, Portugal, Serbia, Turkey, Dubai, South Korea, and South Africa. He has collaborated with numerous organizations, including Barclays, BT, Carrefour, Elval, Ericsson, Eurobank, Henkel, Ladakis S.A., Lloyd's, Novo Nordisk, Piraeus Bank, Philip Morris, Rabobank, Sanofi-Aventis, Sonae, Sonaecom, Tasty Foods, and Vodafone. In the mid-1990s, he worked as an Italian localization manager at the software startup PictureWorks Technology, Inc., in Danville, California.
