CHristos Kampolis

Christos Kampolis is an Associate Professor of Economics and Finance at ALBA Graduate Business School and a Research Fellow at the International Center for Finance at Yale School of Management (SOM). His research interests focus on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and the valuation of credit rating agency policies. His articles have been published in international journals, including the "Review of Financial Studies," "Journal of Law and Economics," and "Journal of Banking & Finance." His research work has been presented at international conferences in America, Asia, and Europe, and one of his articles was awarded the "Jaime Fernandez de Araoz Award in Corporate Finance." His teaching interests are centered on the following subjects: Corporate Finance, Industrial Organization, Applied Microeconomics, and Macroeconomics. In addition to ALBA, he has taught at the University of California at Santa Barbara, the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, and Yale University. He has served as the Executive Director of the International Center for Finance at Yale (School of Management) and as the Academic Director (Residential College Dean) of Jonathan Edwards College at Yale.
