Dionysis Dionysiou

Dionysis Dionysiou is an Assistant Professor of Organization and Management at ALBA Graduate Business School. He graduated from the Hellenic Army Academy and holds a degree in Mathematics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, an MBA from ALBA Graduate Business School, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Theory from the Strathclyde Graduate School of Business at Strathclyde University (Scotland). He has served as an officer in the Hellenic Army's Corps of Material (SYP) in various administrative and staff positions and has represented the Hellenic Army in various NATO cooperative logistics committees. In 2002, he decided to pursue an academic career, and after obtaining his doctoral degree, he joined the permanent faculty of ALBA Graduate Business School, where he teaches courses such as Organizational Behavior, Organizational Change, and Business Excellence. His research focuses on organization under conditions of increased uncertainty and organizational change. Additionally, he is a certified evaluator of the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) business excellence model by the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE).
