Elena Lazarou

Elena Lazarou (PhD in International Relations, University of Cambridge) is a lecturer at the Center for International Relations at the University of Rio de Janeiro - FGV. She is also the lead researcher for the "Euro-Mediterranean Observatory" program at the Hellenic Center for European Studies and a research associate at the University of Cambridge, Center of International Studies. She has worked as a researcher at the University of Sheffield and at the Hellenic Observatory, London School of Economics.
