Zoi Lioliou

Zoi A. Lioliou is a certified Coach, Mentor (EMCC - E.I.A. Practitioner), Skills Development Consultant, and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, as well as a certified Adult Educator (EOPPEP). She was born in Thessaloniki and grew up in Kavala. Since 2000, she has been living and working in Athens. She studied Economics at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds an MBA from the University of Sheffield and an MSc in Human Resource Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business. She has been trained in Rational Emotive & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (RE&CBT) by the Hellenic Institute for Rational-Emotive & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Her professional experience spans education and human resource development, sales, marketing, advertising, and the banking sector, in both multinational and Greek companies. As a coach, she believes that every individual has the ability to discover and utilize the resources needed to make the changes they desire to achieve their goals. In her coaching sessions, she adopts a non-directive approach to facilitate the coachee's development of self-awareness and responsibility. As a skills development consultant and trainer, she designs and implements programs for businesses and individuals aiming to improve management skills, sales skills, stress and time management, change management, belief awareness, emotional management, goal-setting processes, and interview attitudes for job searching. In her free time, she volunteers for Non-Profit Organizations, takes vocal lessons, and practices yoga. "Coaching in Practice" is her first book.
