Kostas CHatzigiannakis

Konstantinos Chatzigiannakis was born in Athens. He is a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer and holds a Doctorate in Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. His doctoral thesis focused on the study of sustainable integrated material and energy systems at a regional level using System Mathematical Analysis. He has specialized in Technical Regulations, Energy Policy, and Technologies as an executive at the Ministry of Development. He has been particularly involved in technical translations and technical terminology in the languages of the European Union member states, as well as in the comparative study of languages and cultural origins from a linguistic perspective, with a focus on their Greek etymological roots. His works related to language have been published in daily and periodical press. He is a regular contributor to the magazine "Ichor," with articles on linguistic content. He has participated in a series of television and radio programs on related topics.
