Eirini Nikandrou

Eirini Nikandrou is a lecturer in Corporate Communication at the Athens University of Economics and Business. She holds a degree from the University of Piraeus and postgraduate degrees including an "M.A. in Sociology of Work" from Boston College, USA, and a "Master in Business Administration" from the University of Massachusetts at Boston, USA. Her doctoral dissertation, titled "The Human Factor in Business Acquisitions in Greece," was completed at the Athens University of Economics and Business. Her work has been published in international academic journals such as the "Journal of Human Resource Management," "Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies," "Journal of European Industrial Training," and "Employee Relations." She participates as an instructor in training programs on Human Resource Management in both the public and private sectors, and also serves as a consultant on Human Resource Management projects.
