David C. Thomasma

David C. Thomasma is the Fr. Michael I. English Professor of Medical Ethics and the Director of the Medical Humanities Program at Loyola University Chicago's Medical Center. He is the author and co-author of twenty-two books and more than three hundred articles. He serves as the editor-in-chief of "Theoretical Medicine and Bioethics," is a founding senior editor of the "Cambridge Quarterly of Healthcare Ethics," and co-editor of the series "International Library of Ethics, Law and New Medicine" (Kluwer Academic Publishers).
