Artemios Michos

Artemios Michos (1803 - 1873) was born in Ioannina. In 1825, he was confined in Missolonghi, where he fought heroically until the exodus and continued to participate in other battles until the arrival of Kapodistrias. During the second siege of Missolonghi, he kept notes on daily events and completed the writing of his memoirs after the liberation.
