Giorgos I. Stamatis

Born in Athens in 1951, with roots in both Athens and Syros, the author studied Law at the University of Athens and Marketing at the London C.C.I. He has been active in the broader fields of Marketing and Sales since 1976 and in Communications since 1981. He has served as an Executive in Advertising Agencies, Public Relations firms, and Business Consulting companies. Currently, he is a Communications Consultant and holds the position of Customer Service Director at a major multinational advertising company. Since 1983, he has been a lecturer and coordinator of in-house seminars focusing on Marketing, Sales, and broader Communication. He has collaborated as a Communications Consultant with numerous businesses, organizations, and political figures. He has taught at the Athens University of Economics and Business (under Law 407) and at the U.N.Y.T. University in Tirana and the U.N.Y.P. University in Prague. He has also authored educational manuals: "The Function of Communication," "Tourism Marketing," "Business Strategy," and "Integrated Communication."
