Naomi Klein

Naomi Klein was born in 1970 in Montreal and currently resides in Toronto, Canada. She is a well-known journalist, contributing to numerous publications including "The Toronto Globe and Mail," "The Nation," "The Progressive," "The Guardian," "The New York Times," "The New Statesman," and "Newsweek International." In 2004, she presented "The Take," a documentary about occupied factories in Argentina, which she co-produced with director Avi Lewis. She is a former faculty member at the London School of Economics and an honorary Doctor of Civil Law at King's College, Nova Scotia. Her book "No Logo" became an international bestseller, translated into twenty-eight languages, and was described as the "bible of the movements." She has been honored with awards such as the Canadian National Business Book Award and Le Prix Mediations. Naomi Klein is an active member of the anti-corporate activism movement, participating in events organized in North America, Asia, Latin America, and Europe.
