Elen Van Oosten

Elen van Oosten is a doctoral candidate at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University (USA). She holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. Her research interests focus on executive development, emotional intelligence, and coaching. She has extensive work experience, initially as an engineer at General Electric and later as a Human Resources Manager at Cole Gift Centers and as Director for Business Development at the Weatherhead School of Management.
