Serafeim Polyzos

Dr. Serafim Polyzos is a civil engineer, economist, and professor at the School of Engineering of the University of Thessaly. He has worked at the Ministry of Infrastructure (YPEXODE) as a designer and supervising engineer for numerous projects and has participated as a member of the main research team in many research programs at the University of Thessaly. He has published a large number of articles in scientific journals, conference proceedings, and as book chapters. His scientific interests include regional and urban development, project management and planning, and the evaluation of projects and investments.
