Ilias G. Skoulidas

Ilias Skoulidas is a historian. After graduating from the 3rd High School of Arta, he studied at the Department of History and Archaeology at the University of Ioannina as an IKY scholar from 1985 to 1989 and completed his doctoral dissertation in the Department of Modern History at the same university in 2001. Between 2001 and 2008, he taught on a contract basis at the University of Ioannina, where he was appointed as an assistant professor in March 2008, specializing in "Greek History with an emphasis on political and cultural relations with neighboring countries."
