Nansy A. Papalexandri

Nancy Papalexandris is an Emeritus Professor of Human Resource Management at the Athens University of Economics and Business. She served as Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Personnel (2001-2007) and was the representative of the Greek Rectors' Conference at the European University Association. She founded and directed the Master's Program in Human Resource Management (2002-2011), where she continues to be active as an Academic Advisor. She studied Business Administration and received a Master’s degree from New York University and a Ph.D. from the University of Bath. She has taught in undergraduate and graduate programs at AUEB, the University of Cyprus, and the Hellenic International University, as well as a Visiting Professor at universities abroad. She is the author of books and articles in international journals, participates in international studies on comparative Human Resource Management, Organizational Culture, and Leadership, and has organized a series of international conferences. She is the President of the Hellenic Society of Women Academics (EL.E.GY.P.).
