Nikolaos G. Protopsaltis

Nikolaos G. Protopsaltis was born in 1936 in Athens. He holds degrees from the Athens University of Economics and Business, the Faculty of Law at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and a Doctorate from Panteion University of Athens (Department of Public Administration). He worked as an employee at the Commercial Bank of Greece (1956-1962). He was a member of the Body of Chartered Accountants and a Technical Advisor (1962-1998). Currently, he is the President of the SOL Technical Office, Vice President of the Scientific Council of the Body of Chartered Accountants since 1994, and a Special Scientist and member of the National Accounting Council since 1989. He has been the Director of Studies at the Institute of Postgraduate Education for the Body of Chartered Accountants since 1997 and teaches in the postgraduate department of the same Institute.
