Markos G. Valvis was born in Santorini in 1951. He worked for 30 years as a General Administrative Director and as a Human Resources and Management Consultant. He participated in seminars and conferences on topics such as Management, Psychometric Approach, Organizational Behavior, Linking Compensation with Productivity, Job Evaluation, Personnel Performance Evaluation, Economics, Health and Safety, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Negotiations, Conflicts, Crises, and other topics of Business, Scientific, and Professional interest in Greece and abroad. He studied Public Administration, Law and Political Sciences, Management & Human Resources, as well as the sacred science of Theology. He has authored several books, articles, and studies in the field of human resources.
