Sut Jhally

Sut Jully is a professor of Communication at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is one of the authors of the well-known books "Enlightened Racism: The Cosby Show," "Audiences and the Myth of the American Dream" (Westview Press), and "The Codes of Advertising" (published in Greek by Kastaniotis Editions). He has edited the publication "Cultural Politics in Contemporary America" (Routledge). He is the founder and director of the Media Education Foundation, which aims to promote media literacy to the general public.
