JEFF BEZOS founded Amazon.com in 1994 with the mission to become Earth's most customer-centric company. Jeff is also the founder of the aerospace company Blue Origin and the owner of The Washington Post newspaper. In 2018, he established the Day 1 Fund, which focuses on funding non-profit organizations that assist homeless families and creating a network of preschools in low-income communities. Jeff graduated with honors in electrical engineering and computer science from Princeton University in 1986 and was named Person of the Year for 1999 by TIME magazine.
