David C. Colander

David Colander is a Distinguished Professor at Middlebury College. He has authored or co-authored and edited over 40 books and 200 articles on a wide range of economic topics. He earned his BA from Columbia College and his MPhil and PhD from Columbia University. He also studied at the University of Birmingham in England and at Wilhelmsburg Gymnasium in Germany. He has taught at Columbia University, Vassar College, the University of Miami, and Princeton University as the Kelley Distinguished Teaching Professor. He has also served as a consultant for Time-Life Films, an advisor to the U.S. Congress, a professor at the Brookings Institution, and a visiting scholar at Nuffield College, Oxford.
