Panagiotis CH. Panagiotopoulos

Panagiotis Ch. Panagiotopoulos was born in Athens in 1967. He studied computer science and works in this field in the public sector. From a young age, he engaged in the study of Greek culture, focusing on Epicurean philosophy. He founded (2008) and manages the website www.epicuros.gr, which hosts a wealth of texts and information about Epicurus and his philosophy. He is one of the founding members of the Friends of Epicurean Philosophy "Garden of Athens" (2009) and a key co-organizer of the annual Panhellenic Symposium of Epicurean Philosophy, held consistently since 2011. He was a regular contributor to the magazine "The Garden of Epicurus" (published by Veretta). His talks have been published in the series "Proceedings of the Panhellenic Symposium of Epicurean Philosophy" from 2011-19, and his articles in the series "Anthology of Epicurean Philosophy," while his writings are included in the book "Lessons in the Garden of Athens" (published by "Garden").
