Xenia Kourtoglou
Xenia Kourtoglou was born and raised in Athens. She studied Business Administration and Marketing at Pierce and Deree College and began her career in Market Research in 1985, while still a student and mother of a three-year-old daughter. In 1988, she founded Focus Bari, the largest Greek consumer research company, with international recognition. Through her work, the author has been studying human nature and behavior for thirty years, capturing all the developments in Greek society. With a deep love for Market Research, the scientific field that promotes healthy business practices, she taught the subject for fourteen years as a guest lecturer at Panteion University, in the Department of Communication, Media & Culture. In 2012, she co-founded the i for U Network with seven other Greek businesswomen to support female entrepreneurship. For many years, she has been a frequent guest speaker at local and international conferences on entrepreneurship, communication, technology, and personal development. After five years of study, she became certified as a Life & Business Coach with the ICPS Triple Certification in Coaching (MDI, AMA, Coach U). Currently, she is a postgraduate student in Person-Centered Counseling and Psychotherapy, driven by her desire to provide as many people as possible with the means to lead better lives through self-reliance and confidence.
