Michalis CHletsos

Michalis Chletsos is an economist. He has taught at the University of Thessaly and the University of Crete. He has worked as a researcher at the Centre of Planning and Economic Research (KEPE), at the National Institute of Labour, and served as the director of the Research and Studies Department at the Employment Observatory Research Informatics (P.A.E.P.) S.A. Currently, he teaches in the Department of Economics at the University of Ioannina and the Hellenic Open University. He is the Director of the Laboratory of Applied Economics and Social Policy in the Department of Economics at the University of Ioannina. His research interests focus on the economics of social protection, labor economics, and public economics. He has published articles in Greek and international journals and has participated in Greek and international research programs.
